Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! On our Quick Order page , you have three options to quickly enter your list if you know your catalogue numbers.
How can I request a quote?
Once you’ve added items to your cart, you will have the option to “Proceed to checkout” or “Request a quote”.
When are orders shipped?
Stock items are are usually shipped same day for delivery next day.

How do I return an item?
Please complete our return authorization form. Once you receive your return authorization in writing you may bring your goods to the branch, a pick-up service may be possible within our regular delivery zones. All returns are subject to inspection and the material must be new, in its original packaging and in a condition to be resold. A credit will be issued within a short delay. Can I see my outstanding payments?
Yes! Once logged in, on your Accounts page you could see your outstanding invoices.
Can I access my past order?
Yes! Once you login to your online account, on your Account page you will be able to view previously placed order at Franklin Empire whether they were placed online, at the counter or with our sales team. You may also re-order the items on a past online order.
Can multiple people at my company have an online account?
Yes! Each company must have one Administrator. The administrator will be able to add other users at their company. Each user may have different permissions.
How do I open an account?
Once you have an account number at Franklin Empire, you may create an online shopping account to place orders online.
Do you have a battery recycling program?
Yes, we are a member of call2recycle. Every Franklin Empire branch is a drop-off location. You may return your rechargeable batteries, single-use batteries and cell phones to be recycled. For more information about the program, the recycling process and what can be recycled, visit call2recycle.com. Help us preserve the environment!
Do you have a lamp recycling program?
Yes, in the Province of Quebec. Franklin Empire is a member of Product Care’s RecyFluo lamps recycling program . This is a non-profit “product stewardship” program that accepts mercury containing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes and recycles them free of charge.
There are more than 800 collection sites across the province including the Franklin Empire branches in Montréal, St-Jérôme, Laval, Longueuil, Sherbrooke, Québec, Alma, Chicoutimi, Sept-Îles, Gatineau. It is preferable to return your lamps in the boxes of your new lamps.
