We would like to remind you that it is now mandatory to wear face coverings/masks in our branch public spaces. Our counters are open with strict hygiene and safety policies, but we continue to encourage you to use our online ordering, Curbside service or delivery, to keep your employees and ours safe.

Under the government mandate, Franklin Empire is designated as an essential business operation and will continue to operate to offer services for our customers who provide essential services to the community. Many of our employees are working from home and will continue to do so until further notice.

This service eliminates physically entering the counter area, providing a safe and convenient way to pick up material while reducing the risk to our customers and employees.

CURBSIDE SERVICE: HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Option #1
Order online at FranklinEmpire.com and choose the pickup location at time of checkout. (You may also place orders to be shipped). Note, you must register your account to have access to online ordering.

Option #2
Call/email your local Franklin Empire branch to place your order.

Please provide at the time of order: Name and cell phone number of the individual picking up the order (If on the website- add this to Delivery Instructions)

Time of Pick Up: We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

When you Arrive: Call the Franklin Empire location, and we will load up your vehicle. Please provide the colour and type of vehicle for easy identification.

We would also like to remind you of the measures in place at our branches:

• A remote working program has been set up for the many of our staff
• Most meetings are done over the phone or videoconference
• We are following all Health Canada protocols as to whether employees must stay home or quarantine
• Any employee with symptoms is immediately sent home and follow Health Canada’s instructions
• Safety measures are posted in all Franklin Empire locations and safety/sanitation products are readily available
• All of our locations are paying close attention to cleaning and sanitization
