    In Ontario, all Franklin Empire branches are collection sites for Product Care. The program accepts incandescent, LED and mercury containing light bulbs and tubes. The program does not include lighting fixtures, ballasts or string lights. Check the Product Care website for accepted products and procedures. Recycling is free. Reduce your waste and reuse when possible. These programs are funded by the Environmental Handling Fee (eco fees) included in the point-of-sale price of applicable products.
